When I became the Security Director at Prince William Hospital in 2005. The Security Department was still handwriting their incident reports and shift logs. The InciTrack system allowed us to streamline the processes for collection storage and retrieval of information for our incident reports and logs. This reduced the time it took to gather statistics and activities for reports. Additionally, the ease at which I was able to customized the incident report form and only collect the necessary information reduces the time it takes the security staff to write their reports so they can get back on patrol.
